Kanari beach

Kanari beach or Psaropoula beach is a big sandy beach, located in the heart of the city of Rhodes. It stretches immediately after the Aquarium and extends along Kanari coast. This beach has several names, usually the name of the hotel, in front of it. It is just 1 km from the port, 12 km from the airport and only 10 minutes from the city centre. The beach has facilities including sunbeds, umbrellas, canteens, free shower, parking spaces. Unfortunately, it, is not accessible to people with disabilities. The vast area is sandy and pebbly, offering moments of relaxation under the hot sun. It daily receives many visitors, tourists from nearby hotels as well as locals, due to its easy access on foot. There is a bus stop. Nearby there is a variety of places for a meal, coffee and drinks.
